My drayton digistat wireless system will allow the temperature settings to increase but will not respond to trying to reduce the temperature setting.
Already Tried: I abandoned the installation when the temperature would not react to reducing the settings . I wondered if the boiler clock should be removed or disconnected.

I am not at the installation address at present but from memory I think the flame symbol does disappear when trying to reduce the temperature
You need to check the power at the receiver and ensure that the relay drops out
