Hi i wonder if you could help regarding my Baxi 105e combi boiler,i cannot get any hot water,it starts coming through warm/hot then in a couple of seconds goes cold again?

If you hold the heating pipes (22mm) under the boiler, do they get warm when you run the tap?

yes those pipes are warm

If they are getting the heat instead of the hot water then you could have a problem with your divertor valve, this will send the hot water to your heating instead of the taps.
