Hi, my ferroli optimax HE 18S boiler displays the fault code

Hi, my ferroli optimax HE 18S boiler displays the fault code A3. the manual tells me to check the flow sensor but doesn't tell me where this is or what it looks like?

The pressure gage is fine, it is about 1.2 bar.

So as this is inside the boiler should I look myself or call an engineer? Do you know if there is a way to fix fault code A3 and get it working again myself?
