You cannot adjust headlights on a car designed for the UK to be driven in Europe.
You have two options:
1 is to replace your headlights for those designed for left hand drive vehicles.
2 is you can get stickers from Halfords or other car parts suppliers that stick to the outside of your current lights to prevent drivers in France from being dazzled by your lights.
Both options are acceptable and will make your car legal in Europe. If you do nothing then you do run the risk of being pulled over by the French police.
I hope this helps, if not please reply with any questions that you have.
If it did help then please could you accept my answer and leave positive feedback for me? That ensures that I am paid for my time and also allows me to continue helping others.
