Hi, someone has posted photos of me on thier website without my permission, what can I do to remove them?
JA: Are you in the UK or are you in the States?
Customer: Uk
JA: What action has been taken so far? What's your ideal outcome?
Customer: I want the photos to be removed completely

Customer: I have issued a DMCA complaint and I am waiting for a respose from them

How did they come by the photographs?

I sent them an email with my photos, so they could have a look, but did not allow them to use anything

Did you say they could not use them?

It was an agency, I sent them the photos so I could discuss possible work with them. After talking to them I realised I did not like them, and told them I would not work with them, despite this they have my photos up and when I asked for my photos to be removed, they said it will take a week or so to remove them. I told them I cannot wait a week because I dont want those sort of photos on thier site, and they are now refusing to remove it. They have also threatened me, saying they will "expose" my photos everywhere. I have issued a DMCA report and not sure what I should do.

I never once said they could us my photos or details, but I simply provided them with the photos so they could see what I looked like and all. Nothing more than that. They used the photos without even informing me.
