I am due to be senancee next week for criminal damage and common assault.In regards ***** ***** damage I hit 2 doors in our house which I have now paid for.In regards ***** ***** assault she has said I prodded her in the chest with my finger, kicked her leg and pulled her hair and spat on her direction. She was holding our 9 month old son during this.I have pleaded guilty to this and it is my first offence. I have also probably paid for counselling therapy in relation to this.What kind is punishment should I expect?
