Customer Question

Hi,I was arrested once when my wife filed a complain of domestic violence and spent one night in prison but next day was released on a condition to attend police station on a later date and once I attended I was released saying no proof was found against me and case was closed. Do I still hold a criminal record in UK as I need to apply for my settlement visa now?
