Customer Question

Hi I attended my police station on bail back on may 6th 2016, I was released as the officers were not on duty & told they would contact me & my solicitor within a few days with a new bail date, this has not been done, and my solicitor does not get any response from the emails they send.
JA: Since laws vary from place to place, what state is this in? And when did this happen?
Customer: I am in Lancashire, uk, I was arrested in Feb 2016
JA: Have you talked to a lawyer yet?
Customer: Yes but he is getting nowhere with them either, they are not responding to emails or calls
JA: What advice did they give you?
Customer: He just keeps saying he will try and contact them, can you advise me, because they have failed to provide a new date and its now 6 weeks since am I still on bail ?
JA: Anything else you think the lawyer should know?
Customer: No, its just am I still on bail or not
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Lawyer about your situation and then connect you two.
