Did they do it intentionally?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Hello and thank you for your response. After getting his inappropriate text, I felt he did.

If he did it intentionally, then it becomes a police matter and you should report it to the police.

If he had knowledge that he had this but was reckless and simply went ahead anyway, then report it to the police.

All that’s likely to do is possibly lead to him being prosecuted, it’s not likely to give you much.

However, you do have a civil claim against him for personal injury and that could be worth several thousand pounds so it could be worth seeing a solicitor who may want to take this on a no win no fee basis.

Can I clarify anything for you?
