In respect of Illegal Evictions and Tenant's Rights in

Customer Question

In respect of Illegal Evictions and Tenant's Rights in this Tenant-Landlord matter, the following applies to this case: Police are at Present Investigating Again Severe Landlord Harrassment besides other Serious matters including Anti-social behaviour from the landlords that Sadly have been Re-ocurring for a Very Long Period of time.As we have been informing the Courts, this has gone far and beyond any levels of Tolerance and turned from a Housing matter into a Criminal case.
1.- Is this the right way to phrase it and approach the courts and if it is Not, I will appreciate Suggestions, same as:
2.-How can the Tenant deal with this and where? In the county court? The Police have told us that they are dealing with the criminal matter but Not the civil one as can be expected.Any Suggestions as to How to go about this will be Much Appreciated, Thanking You in Advance.
