I purchased US Powerball Lottery tickets through

I purchased US Powerball Lottery tickets through PlayHugeLottos.com in U.K.
for 13th January draw. Instead of January 13th, they purchased for January
16th, by mistake, which I pointed out, as soon as I received their confirmation,
and requested them to change it on January***@******.***! After that I
reminded them 11 times!!!!!! What can I do? Because, I lost my chance to
be a winner in Largest Jackpot in the history of the world!!!! Help!!!!

No, but I could have changed my ten combinations,
which was selected by their computer for January 16th,
and NOT January 13th.!!!!!! Winning number combinations
was 4 8 19 27 34.

As I said, they were not my numbers,
their computers selected the numbers
for Jan 16th and not Jan 13th. If they
had given me a chance, by replying in
time, I could have selected different
combinations, with winning numbers!
My point is this, why they ignored my
request to change from 16th to 13th?
While, there was enough time to do
that. I exactly followed their instructions
to inform them any error, immediately!!!!
Why they failed to reply? At least, they
should refund my money, which I paid
for January 13th draw and not 16th!!!!!!!
