I fell on a pavement on the grounds of a hospital on my way

Customer Question

Hi There I fell on a pavement on the grounds of a hospital on my way to work. I fell on an object debris stone I'm not sure all I felt was my legs being swept from underneath me. I fell to the side and broke my hip. I went in an ambulance around the front of the hospital to a&he where the next day I had a plate and screws to fix fracture. Do I have a claim?

Good morning. My name is ***** ***** I am happy you today. Do you know where this debris came from? Was there no way of avoiding walking through it?
