Sorry?

A what's app conversation is the only thing they have as evidence
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

OK. But what does it say ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
That I slapped her and she replied that she slapped me also
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

Ok. Does it say who slapped who first?

Will she give evidence?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Only has whatsapp messages as evidence

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It says I slapped her and she slapped me Also the only evidence she has is the whatsapp convo that they are taking me to court for harassment without violence
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

Is this just one message?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

has there been any other contact

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

I'm not sure I see how one instance of contact alone could amount to harassment.

It is just not harassment.

Seems to me that there should be a charge of assault if they are trying to argue that the message is actually true.

There isn't any evidence at all of a criminal damage if this is the extent of the evidence.

Can I clarify anything for you?

what could I get for guilty to harassment with no violence ?
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

It depends on the facts.

It cannot be on this basis because it is just plain not harassment.
