I shall do my best to help you but I need some further information first

What Judgement do you wish to have set aside

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
i want to set aside a ccj in my name. the amount is for £361. I wasnt aware of any judgement or money owed until recently when i applied for something and came back as credit check failed due to CCJ. I later found out it has been on it since 2012. I have contacted the court, and was given the company's details. I rang them and explained the situation of things to them, to know more about the debt because I had cleared my balance before my daughter left the nursery. But they could not find anything on their system as relates to any debt.

Have you asked the court for copies of the paperwork?

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
They are not willing to help, the only information they gave me is the Claimant's address and name.

Have you written and asked for a copy of the Judgement - there is usually a fee?
