How can I help with this please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
i was wondering if i were to give a witness statement, could the defendants god forbid see my name in the statement?
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

Yes, they would be told your name and your statement would be served upon the defence and shown to the defendant.

There is no way of avoiding that.

Witness anonymity is for people like informants. Standard civilian witnesses have to stand up and be counted Im afraid.

Can I clarify anything for you?
