Customer Question

I have gone into the back of another vehicle, very very minor, just a mere shunt, it was on a roundabout, so I did not get out of my vehicle for fear of my own safety, I pointed to the other driver to pull over around the corner, I stopped and waited, he never turned up then reported me.
I have to produce insurance which is fine, I'm potentially being done foe careless driving, what shall I do..?
