I was appointed deputy over mother's affaires...
At the time of her death,with the courts approval
There was a joint account,this I blocked
Until probate
I am an executor/trustee of her estate.
The accounts now active are used to
Distribute to beneficiaries
...not to me....yet !
Co executors who's motives
I question....insist I hand the
account over
To solicitors appointed by them
I do not wish to.
May I so resist ?

Who exactly is using these accounts?

Is it the case that you don’t want to use solicitors but your coexecutor does?

What is the reason for that?

There is a dispute,ongoing,with one of the co- executors who is also a trustee if my late father's trust ...He was a former partner of the firm appointed by him...During my illness, I am looking into Breach of TrustTHEREFORE, I HAVE FOLLOWING PROBATE I DISTRIBUTED TO THE BENEFICIARIES,CORRECTLY...,RECEIPTS ETC.NOT I ADD,YET TO MYSELFI ADD THAT FROM THE (MOTHER'S) ESTATE ACCOUNT I PAID THE IHT LIABILITY...THUS ENABLING GRANT ETC.
