The new law on Capital Allowances came into effect last

Customer Question

The new law on Capital Allowances came into effect last April 2014. This says that unless the Capital allowances are identified correctly, both parties will lose them forever. These can be very valuable. solicitors, accountants, surveyors are being informed that they are now at risk from litigation claims because of not giving the correct advice at the completion of a sale.

We are chartered Accountants and are looking for some legal advice in this whole area.
