Hi Jo. Whats your verdict?
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

Sorry for the delay. I did respond to this but it obviously didn;t upload.

If you were doing 96 mph in a 60 mph zone then the penalty will be either 6 points or a ban of between 7 - 56 days. This is right in the middle of the sentencing bracket so I would expect points rather than an outright ban but an outright ban is possible.

there will also be costs of £85, a court charge of £180, the surcharge and a fine of roughly 75-125% of your weekly income.

Can I clarify anything for you?

Jo
