Could you explain a little more about the background to your question please

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
In 1997 I went to Australia and on my return found that my neighbors, Mr and Mrs mower, had put up a fence, over the boundary line, onto what is my property, but not over the whole length of the garden. Subsequently, and always when I was not around, they completed the fence over the whole length of the garden. I tried to get them to talk about the situation through the Mediation Service but they refused to do this. I now want to sell my house want to know if anything can be done about this situation or just bite on the bullet and accept the situation.

This is absolutely chaotic. There is no continuity and consequentially I loose my train of thought. How is this system supposed to work?

My apologies for the delay.

How far onto your land does the fence encroach/
