What is their allegation? I'm just about to travel to court but I can pick up later if that is ok.
OK. I'm not sure what you wanted to know about this. The question you asked was whether the evidence of two police officers was enough to convict and the answer is that it is . The evidence of one officer is enough.
Many people are convicted on that basis alone. Whether or not these officers are credible is another matter but the truth is that Magistrates do tend to believe police officers over defendants although not always. They have a reputation for being a convicting tribunal.
If you dispute behaving aggressively then that will have to be your defence and the Magistrates will accept or reject it. It is impossible to tell which but it is certainly right Im afraid to say that they could convict.
Sorry if that is bad news.
Can I clarify anything for you?
