There is not a cooling off period of 14 days - however having considered there terms and conditions online there would appear to be a clause which should assist - namely - http://www.hillarys.co.uk/terms-conditions/curtains-shutters/

"Notwithstanding clause 9(i) above, Hillarys Blinds Ltd will accept cancellations of Orders placed provided that notice of cancellation is received within two calendar days starting with the date the Order is placed. Your cancellation must be received by email to***@******.*** or by telephone on 0800(###) ###-####"

As such you should call them tomorrow to cancel.I would also suggest that you email them to cancel tonight.

I hope that this helps - please rate positively.
