hi I was left 50% of a bungalow by my uncle who passed away in his will ,because it was in joint names it goes to the other person although they haven't been to gether for 40 years is it worth me pursuing. many thanks pete

Pete,

I would be minded if I was you to have this matter further investigated and I see the merit in you instructing solicitors. The solicitors who were originally instructed to draft the will maybe to blame in failing to deal with the change in ownership of the property - this would be negligence and may open up the claim.
