I answered an advert advertised in England on Ebay but being sold in Scotland after the expense of flying up there I discovered it was not as described, condition wise and had no service history as was advertised with a full history and it had 4 owners not 2 I had the further expense of a hotel and a flight home ! Total £495.00 can I make a claim against the advertiser in an English small claims court or do I have to do that in a Scottish Equivalent

Scotland but bike was advertised in England on Ebay

You have to sue the seller for damages for misrepresentation in the sheriff court in Scotland under small claim procedure.
