Customer Question

There are two vehicles parked outside my first floor flat on a public road more or less permanently. The public road is part of a quiet residential housing estate.
1. A large white mobile home that seldom moves at all.
2. A large open truck belonging to Dorset Highways. The driver is an owner or tenant of the ground floor flat below me. Parked here evenings and weekends.
Thanks for the info
