Customer Question

Hi I bought my property 10 years ago my garden backs onto a car park for resident permit holders only which I am. I access this through the gate at the bottom of my garden. It looks quite likely the car park is going to be developed upon, and I have been informed that the gate I have been using for ten years is not legal and I am crossing a boundary. Do I have any access rights after such a period of time? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm really concerned . Thankyou Paul

Hi
Thanks for your patience.
Is this right evidence in the land registry title for your property?
Kind regards
Tom
