Q: If I, as Claimant, wish to include a document in the bundle, am I only permitted to do so with the permission of the Defendant - or does it depend on the document in question?

If the opponent has already objected, is there a certain procedure I need to go though?

No. You should include in the bundle and then have the argument at the trial before the judge as to whether the invoice should be before the court. Just because the other party object does not mean you can not rely on it.
