License revoked caught today by the police

My license has been revoked i tried twice to give the practical test but i failed i hold a provisional driver's license today i've been caught for the police what is gonna happen?

They will charge you with driving with no insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.

For driving with no insurance you will get six points and a fine

Also, the driving with no licence will lead to three points and a fine but since that offence was committed at the same time as the no insurance matter they will not be active in your licence.

6 points does not lead to revocation because you only have a provisional licence. It will just make insurance more expensive
