Point 184.108.40.206 is what they referr too, but to me the name is XXXXX XXXXX is there only becase the card companys can not put twoi names on the card, what is important is that she is the owner of the moinies.
Also prior to using the card she used her bank card that is in her name, but her card failed to work after three uses therefore,I gave her my card because her card for the same account had not arrived in the mail at that time.
I that they can do this,we can prove that she is the lawfull owner of the money, that should be all that matters.
