can the executor of a will be a beneficiary of the will

can the executor of a will be a beneficiary of the will

Thanks all your question.

Yes an executor can also be a benificiary of the will. There is no legal problem with that at all and in fact it happens very frequently indeed.

It helps sometimes simply say that the executor is not in conflict with the beneficary who if another person would perhaps be more likely to hassle or exert pressure on the executor to come please proceed with the administration of the estate.

If this is useful please kindly click accept and rate my answer as okay service or above. If you do not then I do not receive any credit for the time I have taken to answer your questions.

Kind regards.
