For uk justice only--- since our last discussion with regards XXXXX XXXXX 'defamation' issue that we have been dealing with made against my organisation which you informed me the organisation was liable for and not myself personally, we have since received further correspondence. The company has since gone into voluntary liquidation, and from past advice from yourself we were informed that this episode would no longer exist?the opposition are aware that the organisation is currently in voluntary liquidation and they have proceeded to threat to enlist Ate insurance how may this affect the situation and how should we react?we have a deadline of responding today.

Hi Thanks. Its comforting to know you replied as thought you might. Based on this assumption I told the claimant that I only acted on behalf of the company. I did offer to standby by my apology on behalf of the company but I can't pay their legal fees.
