My neighbours Fence has fallen down , I've approached them and said I have a quote to replace it as it is there's , I will go half of the amount with them , they said they can't afford it so I said I will sort the fence out as I have two dogs and don't wont them roaming in there garden , this morning my fence man turned up took down the old fence and started two erect the new one my neighbour has told them to stop as it is there fence and they don't want them erecting a new one ,they said they want to replace it as they have had no say in to what fence is going to be replaced with , I'm so angry as I've paid £960.00 for the new fence ... Where do I stand now...

Hello,I suggest you put up the fence on your land if need be.If your neighbours are reneging on their agreement, you may sue them for breach of contract, other than that, a letter from a solicitor may help.Hope this helps. Please rate my answer and we can continue for free if need be
