I have stated my question I am not liable topay the estate

Resolved Question:

I have stated my question I am not liable topay the estate agent any more fees for renewing a lease each year as I advised them 1 year ago I no longer required their services. I collect the rent direct from the tenant who is not in arrears, that problem was resolved .
There has only ever been 1 agreement with the agency which was as previouslly stated for a stort term only for the period which I have already stated in my previous requestd fpor advice.

Hello,

If you are not obliged to pay the agent anything, you can tell them that their claim is without any merit and that you will not pay them anything as there is no valid and current contract between you and them.
