sorry, if you need more money let me know but the honest answer is I did not read the contract but it was signed under pressure in that as he was a salesman he was out on the road and he just popped into the office (in a rush) to get it signed. As I trusted him I did it.Does that change the changes of a redraft for better or worse?

Thanks for your question. Please remember to rate my answer SMILEY FACE OR ABOVE so that I am credited for my time.Yes I understand and I have every sympathy. But the Judge will ask - did you read the contract? You will say no.UNLESS the contract is materially different a Court will not void it.For example if you thought you were signing a mobile phone contract and it was an agreement to sell your house that would be different. But where the subject matter of the contract is the same, Courts are very reluctant to void a contract. They are more likely to change a term. Please remember to click *** SMILEY FACE *** or above so that I am credited for my time. Thank you.
