I have been suspended on full pay while 12 months of milage

Resolved Question:

I have been suspended on full pay while 12 months of milage claims are investigated with a meeting in 5 days. Although the milages are not exact i have not intentionally made fraudulant claims. Where do i stand and do you think this will be a dismissal?

Hallo there

As your mileage claim is estimated I presume it is out by a relatively small margin; it is likely that this will result in a warning, however if the margin is significant then it could be grounds for further action. I doubt this will lead to dismissal but this also depends upon your previous conduct record.
