I have trouble finding work and My father hates me enough to say I'll bash your head in.
I want a place or room away and help with income for renting. Do you think if i save enough to put a dipposite I'll be able to make a cliam for dss or IS.
I'm already claiming IB and have depression and mental health problems but I'm looking for work and need somewhere to start away from my evil parents place. Later I want my son to come and live with me is this possible and how?

Optional Information:

Good evening,

I am sorry to hear about your situation. Check this website to see if you are eligible for Housing Benefit http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/moneytaxandbenefits/benefitstaxcreditsandothersupport/on_a_low_income/dg_10018926. You will have to be careful to ensure that you are not said to have been made intentionally homeless as you will not be given priority on the housing list.

If you were to move into your own flat and pay a deposit then you could, subject to eligibility, apply for housing benefit.

Regards

DR LAWYER

Thanks, XXXXX XXXXX go and live with my brother I have Mental Issues which stop me working properly and If I don't take my medication it effects my every day life. My Parents don't understand my problems so they just make it worse at home. I need to move out to get away from the ongoing situ. I think I'll wait to after christmas and move out. I should be able to get income support if I share with my bro. I would like to live with my Son but I know that's impossible and if I take him with me There get me for kidnapp so I don't want that.

At least I'll be able to stay with him this Christmas!
