3 workers 1 part time 3day, 1 part time 4 day, one full time

Resolved Question:

3 workers 1 part time 3day, 1 part time 4 day, one full time 5 day.

Redundancy being discussed. If only job remaining is 1 Full time. Do ALL have equal opportunity to fill the Full time position. or should Full Time position be retained by current incumbent.......assuming all other things are equal (absence / discipline etc)
