I m living in England from 9 years and have an EEA2 pending application so my question is will this pending time for the application be count if I want to apply for ILR on 10 years basis( long residency) if the HO wouldnt decide the eea2 application till my 10 years complete, and what is the exact time I can apply is it 9 year 11 months after I can apply or exact 10 years?
