hi i am a English man been living in denmark for 38 years but still have a British passport i have my Owen house and been working for arla dairy for 8 years last year i marrid a thai lady and we would like to visit my Family in England for 7 days but my wife has been refused a visa can you help
The usual visa application would be an EEA Family visa on the basis of her being married to an EEA CItizen exercising Treat Rights.

I would recommend that you make this application as there is a far greater chance of approval than for a visit visa and especially when you are not living in the UK.

Please feel free to ask if you have further questions about this route.

if we apply for eea Family visa would we have to go to biometric Clinic Again

Biometrics should not be required for an EEA Family visa. Even if she had been approved biometrics would be required for further applications.
