Yes, I'm currently on a 1 year contract until November 2013. But my employer wants me to continue working for him and is ready to offer me another contract.
The question is whether I can sign:
- a 3 year contract in November 2013 (extending my Tier 2 General visa for 3 years)
- then another 1 year contact in November 2016 (extending my visa for another year)
- then get ILR in November 2017 after 5 years in the UK.
Do the new rules allow to extend Tier 2 (General) several times in a row (without cooling off for 12 months)? Or is it not allowed any more?
