Customer Question

For T Graham12 (I had to start a new question page):

so my fiancee is Thai living in Thailand, I'm UK living in England all my life. She has been here before on Visitor visa, subsequently been rejected for Marriage Visitor visa (on a pen pushers box ticking assessment for incorrect assumptions) and today have heard that her Marriage Settlement Visa application has been rejected. I've yet to see the actual rejection letter from UK Border Agency, but wish to know what in your qualified opinion are our next steps to enable her to enter the UK?

Hi Tom,

Apologies for not replying quick, appears having some technical problems with the JustAnswer website which I'm still in discussions about with their HelpDesk.

Please find following docs attached.

1. Visa Settlement Visa Application for my Fiancée - Rasamee Muenparn
2. Rejection Letter from British Embassy in Bangkok

There are other documents available (cover letter from myself and my mother re financial support) which I can forward at
appropriate time if applicable. All supporting documentation submitted has been sent today from Thailand back to me and should
be with me by next weekend.
