Thanks for your question.

If I have provided you with an answer, kindly click ACCEPT.

You will need to explain a little more.

What type of Visa are you on?

What are you trying to do? Return home or do you wish to submit a fresh application?

Many thanks

i have not made any plans to return home at the moment and am still looking for the option to get it and go back to work

What you need to do is find another employer as soon as possible and submit a fresh application to the UKBA for a Tier 2 Visa.

The fact that the UKBA has your passport should not prevent you from making an application as you can inform them that they are holding your passport and provide them with a reference number.

I hope this answers your question. If so, kindly click ACCEPT.
