I'm afraid that you sister cannot sponsor you for a visa to remain in the UK. There is no visa category which permits this as a way of securing your leave to remain in the UK.
If you are not in a relationship with a UK citizen, EEA national or person holding ILR and do not have access to considerable funds for the purpose of investment in the UK then you will have to apply for a worker visa.
