I want you to respond to the below:
1. What is home office doing at the moment with my application? They had told me 2 months ago that they will endorse my certificate as per my birth certificate. so, why are they taking so much time?
2. What will make them to not do the corrections?
3. What is the timeline in these kind of situations?
I would be fine if they just reject my application, but, would be worried if they sue me or my right to live in uk is affected.
I don't think that I have been given a satisfactory answer so far.I have no more information than I had before receiving your reply.
I was hoping to hear from someone who knows about cases such as mine and can make an educated guess about the outcome of my application to the home office.
Considering that my case is genuine, I would like to see my documents changed, and would have liked to know how long home office will take to either approve or reject my application, and what is the next step for me in case they reject my application.
Sorry, I wouldn't be able to accept this answer as i have got no new information from you.
