No.

You need to show more. You need enough to show you can support your wife. More likely you would need £1000 per month to support your wife.

I earn a thousand pounds monthly, but only have a thousand in the account as disposable to show. I can show i'm earning a minimum of £1000 a month, would that be ok.
Expert:  UK-Justice replied 5 years ago.

That should be if you can show that the extra burden on you, that you have enough to cover those costs.

This would be extra food, electric, Council Tax etc.

I live as lodger, and my landlord is willing to take in my wife if she is granted entry to remain in the UK. I pay him rent weekly and that's all, this covers me for everything, would i have to show my expenses.
Expert:  UK-Justice replied 5 years ago.

You may do to show that you can cover any additional expenses.
