Hello, I am at risk of being declared bankrupt in South Africa

Resolved Question:

I am at risk of being declared bankrupt in South Africa due to the sequestration of assets of a close corporation of which I am a member; having signed personal surety for the CC's immovable asset which is due to be auctioned off. Should there be a shortfall on the loan and the selling price, I will be held liable. I have a mortgaged house as an asset in South Africa.
I am resident in UK for tax purposes since July 2008. I only have a car here as an asset.
What are the implications for my work, tier 1 visa renewal and life here
in the UK, should I be declared bankrupt in South Africa?
kind regards,

it should not have any as long as you continue to be able to work and support yourself without recourse to UK state funds.
