Customer Question

I Have been told that a new agreement has been made concerning the cost of a residents permit in Turkey. Is this correct and if so how much is this permit and when does the new agreement start.
If this is so will people who have paid a lot of money get a refund?

Is your question relating to Turkish Immigration law or UK Immigration Law?

many thanks,

Customer: replied 6 years ago.

Turkish residency. I have now been informed that the cost has been reduced for a permit to live here.. I have just paid for three years and now find that I have paid 2400more than I needed to. No notice was given for this decrease. Is there anyway I can increase the number of years or get a refund.

Thank you

I am afraid I will not be able to answer your question as it is based on Turkish law. You will need to seek advice from a lawyer in Turkey.
