I have one other question. In 1998 I was ordered to pay the balance of a loan that I cosigned for someone that defaulted on a bank loan. The form is confusing because it asks for the offense and date sentenced...would I put this judgement here? Will it impact my citizenship application?

No that is not a criminal judgement it is a civil matter. I assume the judgement has been satisfied.
