Hi My question is this, if and when a spouse visa is issued

Resolved Question:

My question is this, if and when a spouse visa is issued for the UK, how long is it valid for, before the person must leave there home country?

You have three months from the date of the visa stamp in your passport to leave you home country. If you anticipate that you shall leave after this time then you should write to the High Commission/British Embassy explaining why you are leaving late and ask for their permission to leave after the three month period.
