Greetings! I arrived in the UK on 12 June 2006 as a Work permit

Resolved Question:

Greetings! I arrived in the UK on 12 June 2006 as a Work permit holder, will be able to apply for ILR this June. However, I went outside the country from 7 January to 22 August 2009 because of Maternity Leave. Would I be eligible to apply for ILR this June? If not, when is the best time? Looking forward for your guidance.. Thank you.
